We were lied to multiple times, belittled, and ignored. Robbie was so responsive and helpful in the home buying and design process. She answered all of our questions in a timely manner and was great to work with. 60% of Lennar employees would recommend working there to a friend based on Glassdoor reviews. Employees also rated Lennar 2.9 out of 5 for work life balance, 3.3 for culture and values and 3.4 for career opportunities. Remember, with ~27,000 homes delivered annually there are probably 250,000+ homeowners who bought a house from Lennar in the last 10 years.
The biggest place where Lennar is lacking is in online usability. There is no app, so those who like to run all their finances through their mobile phone are out of luck. In fact, payments need to be made on the phone or by mail, so there is a distinctly 20th century feel to the way you’ll manage your mortgage if you use Lennar.

I have had numerous problems with my Lennar house built in 2018. I do not recommend buying a house from Lennar. Our first person we came into contact with when we started looking for our home was emmanuel sastre.
He stay on his phone the entire time when I would meet with him. He told me that the incentive funds could go towards my upgrade, I selected my upgrade and a few weeks. Later was told I had to pay for my upgrades and could no longer use the incentive for upgrading. Lennar delivered a solid home within the time frame expected. We were very happy with the interior finishes as well as the landscaping.

Have been living in this new construction Lennar home in Odessa FL for 2 years now. The amount of issues we have had are honestly too many to fit in this box. The worst however have been the roof leaks. We have had a leak in almost every room in my house. It is raining currently and there is water pouring from the ceiling fan in my son’s bedroom.
There are crews in places that build good homes for Lennar, and crews in other places that do horrible work. But they're definitely built to a budget and have a whole lot of layers of overhead that need to be paid for. Small, local builders will generally produce a better product. NEW BRAUNFELS, TEXAS -- I bought Lennar's home and it was closed November 23, 2005. We had a number of warranty issues with this property, due to poor construction well below Lennar standards. The warranty department was unresponsive, or slow at best, and bordered on hostility at times.

There’s no guarantee on when punch list will be completed. Please save yourself the frustration and go with another builder. I was very close to walking away from the house yesterday. All I’m hoping is that I can help steer another potential buyer away from them. The big builder's are very similar to car manufacturers in that regard. They even participate in JD Power-like quality reviews.
Keeping us informed about the developments in our home buying process. And made sure to communicate our concerns with Lennar Homes. It was clear that she was also looking out for us. We really appreciate her excellent customer service. We highly recommend Lennar Homes to anyone dreaming of owning a home.

Landscaping and exterior were so boring and underwhelming. Every other building in Country Club East builds a quality home, Lennar produces bare minimum and it clearly shows inside and outside. HOMESTAD, FLORIDA -- Good afternoon, hase July 31, 2016 buy a property in Artesa LENNAR. I was duped by salespeople who sold me a lot for $25,000 more to locate the house on the lake. I did not want neighbors who saw to my yard.
Called the Lennar “emergency line” and was told all the field reps are very busy. They are slapped together and have major construction quality issues. Worse off, Lennar does not stand behind its poor work. I made the mistake of buying 2 homes in Summerville, SC, one for me and one for my daughter. We purchased a “luxury” home from Lennar, only to receive terrible customer service from beginning to end.
I was told that only would leave a easement for maintenance of the lake. Never told me that this is public and unless it is a dog park. Have neighbors taking picture on my property offending my family. I'm getting complaints, resolved nothing Vesta Association. Not even 1 month into owning the home, there has been nothing but issues.
In hopes of anyone who wants to try to use lennar for help purchasing a home can use these amazing people from start to finish. Also I did reach out to Lennar since my first post two weeks ago and nothing has been resolved to date. Thank you for the time in reading my post. Yes I did business with Lennar, and yes this a legitimate review from a real customer…thanks.
